The Julia West Apartments is a 12-story building with 90 permanent supportive housing units for seniors. The approximately 59,900-square-foot building will feature a cross-laminated timber floor system supported by glulam columns and beams and a steel brace frame. Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, a laundry lounge, on-site support services and two community rooms: one on the ground floor and another on the top floor.
