| Invitation To Bid Project consists of the construction of a new 102,000 SF, 3-story building, all聽 associated sitework and Right-of-Way improvements. Bids will be received by the Construction Manager/General Contractor, Pence Construction, by the time and date listed above. Bids received after the time and date listed above may not be considered.The scope of work includes all trades except for the following: 鈥� Masonry 鈥� Structural Steel (supply and install, including misc. steel) 鈥� Metal Panels/Sheet Metal (including flashings) 鈥� Framing/Drywall (including acoustical features) 鈥� Plumbing, Mechanical 鈥� Electrical (including Low Voltage & PV Array)Refer to the documents for a complete list of included trades. Pence intends to competitively bid the following bid packages. If you are bidding on any of these please submit your proposal to [email protected] with a completed Bid Form and respective Scope Sheet(s) prior to the time and date specified. Proposals without completed documents, or submitted after bid time Bid documents can be examined via Pence Contractor鈥檚 website at . All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid. |
