Project documents are available elsewhere, but these specific Bid Packages are only available through Prairie’s website listed above. To be added to the distribution list and receive addenda notifications, send an e-mail to [email protected] or call the main office at 360-573-2750.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to learn of Addenda. Bid responses shall be submitted on the provided bid forms. Bids which are incomplete, or which are conditioned in any way shall be considered non-responsive.

Bidders should check the Prairie web page (identified above) prior to bid day to be sure they have the most current documents.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Prairie Electric reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.

No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the  instruction to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided in the bid documents.
