Bid Package for the Stoller Middle School Addition Project includes the entire building scope of an addition to the Stoller Middle School for Beaverton School District

Specific scopes included but not limited to are; excavation, concrete, site concrete, structural steel framing, wood framing, rough carpentry Masonry, dampproofing, roofing, glazing, metal siding, doors/frames/hardware, finishes, painting, tiling, flooring, fire suppression, gym equipment, fall protection, finish carpentry, casework, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, landscaping, polished concrete, site furnishing and fencing.

MWESB participation is encouraged.
