Owners: Blue Bell Enterprises LLC and the city of Portland

The Portland Bureau of Environmental Services is proposing to upgrade an existing pump station. The project will require acquisition of the adjacent property at 7544 N.E. 33rd Drive. The property line adjustment would require modifications to access and the parking lot.

Address: 11529 S.E. Division St.
Applicant: Ryan Austin of Polyphon Architecture & Design LLC
Owner: Annette Mattson

The proposal is for construction of a three-story building with approximately 22 affordable housing units. The apartments would be prefabricated modules that would be assembled on-site. Common spaces, such as a community room and a trash/recycling room, would be on the ground floor. A common outdoor area would be within the central courtyard. No parking is planned.

Plans for a Lewis & Clark College building call for reinforcing garden retaining walls, reroofing the bathhouse, removing beam connections, replacing the gutter and fascia, removing the remaining arbor columns, and infilling the pool.

Type 2 procedure (environmental review) – pending
Address: 4305 S.W. Garden Home Road
Applicant: Kalli Light of Relevant Building Co.
Owner: Carl Coffman of Oregon City

Plans call for demolishing a 630-square-foot home and building an 844-square-foot home on roughly the same footprint. The existing parking area, utilities and stormwater outfall would be used.

Type 2 procedure (design review) – pending
Address: 3181 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road
Applicants: Alex Hill of Clark/Kjos Architects

Two new cycle hubs are planned for Oregon Health & Science University’s Marquam Hill campus. Both hubs would be single-story, post-and-beam, steel-framed structures with polycarbonate glazing.
