  • Early assistance is being sought for a tenant improvement at 13705 N.E. Airport Way. Plans call for construction of a new sterile instrument processing center within the existing Kaiser Permanente facility. Approximately 16,900 square feet of the first floor would be built out. Other improvements would include installation of a new air handling unit, a new processing chiller, a new emergency generator, and domestic cold water and sanitary sewer service line connections as well as replacement of HVAC chillers. Breeze Griffin of Anderson Dabrowski Architects is the applicant and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest is the project owner.
  • Final plat review is being sought for property along Southwest Comus Street (within the 97219 zip code). The proposal is for division of a vacant 1.9-acre property into eight lots for construction of detached residential dwellings. The lots would range from 8,269 square feet to 11,943 square feet. Also proposed is a right-of-way dedication and road improvements to provide access and public services to the lots. Julian Giuntini-Blakely of Powerhouse Design is the applicant and Evergreen Investment Venture Group LLC of San Jose, California, is the project owner.
