Industrial buildings fetch $12.45 million

Two industrial buildings in Troutdale were recently sold for $12.45 million.

LNR Holding LLC, based in Wood Village, recently completed the purchase of the buildings, which are located at 3324 and 3302 N.W. Marine Drive.

The fully fenced and secured buildings are approximately 37,304 and 29,808 square feet, and feature office space, mezzanines, dock and grade loading, and abundant parking. The buildings are near Troutdale Airport and have access to Interstate 84.

Tim Budelman with Norris & Stevens represented the buyer, and Daniel Helm and Mark Chiles with Capacity Commercial Group represented the seller, Portland-based JLPS LLC, in the transaction.
