Early assistance – application 
Address: 2905 S.E. 89th Ave.
Applicant: Ariel Chavarria of SERA Architects
Owner: Argonaut Group LLC

Plans call for construction of a three-story, courtyard-style development. The building would include a ground-floor community space and 40 residential units. There would be 32 parking spaces on-site.


Type 2 procedure (design review) – pending  
Address: 5055 N. Greeley Ave.
Applicant: Todd Spangler of Hacker
Owner: Adidas Village Corp.

Plans call for replacement of a chiller in Building B at Adidas’ North America headquarters. Work would involve demolition on the ground floor and installation of three air-source heat pumps on the roof.


Type 2 procedure (adjustment) – pending  
Address: 2025 N.W. Overton St.
Applicants: David Wark and Tereza Wiest of Hennebery Eddy Architects
Owner: Multnomah County

Plans call for renovation of an existing building to become the new location of Multnomah County Library’s Northwest Portland branch. Approximately 10,900 square feet of the 17,800-square-foot building would be converted into library space; the remainder would remain mostly untouched. Adjustments requested include setbacks, minimum landscaped area, and ground-floor windows.
