Bids will be received by General Contractor, Pence Contractors, 5400 Meadows Road, Suite 400, Lake  Oswego, OR 97035 by the time and date listed above. Bids responses received after time and date listed above will not be considered. Bid responses may be emailed to [email protected] or submitted through our website.

Scopes being bid are as follows: Cast in Place Concrete, Masonry, Waterproofing/Dampproofing, Roofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Fiberglass Windows, Storefront/Glazing, Greenhouse, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage Systems, Earthwork/Utilities, and Survey. All other trades will be bid at a future date. Bidders must follow bid instructions and submit on bid forms provided. Pence plans to bid to self-perform cast in place concrete. Disciplines already awarded are: Steel and Mass Timber.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.

The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public’s best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
