Insurance company 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty has announced its , and six are homebuilders from Oregon or Washington.

Every year, 2-10 selects builders who demonstrate skilled craftsmanship and construct inspired homes while improving the quality of housing, 2-10 stated in a press release. The 2023 Builder Achievement Awards program period was from Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023. Builders were recognized in three different tiers: platinum, premier, and select.

2-10 recognizes builders with a long-standing tradition of providing exceptional customer service and protection to their homebuyers. These awards include the Foundation Builder Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The most versatile builders in their markets receive the Premier Builder Award. Honorees respond and adapt well to changing market conditions, show that they have mastered growing to their full potential, and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of homeowners’ expectations in their homes, according to the company.

A total of 27 honorees received the Premier Builder Award. They include Riverside Homes of Portland; Stone Bridge Homes NW of Lake Oswego; Pacific Lifestyle Homes of Vancouver, Washington; New Tradition Homes of Vancouver, Washington; Garrette Custom Homes of Vancouver and Tacoma, Washington; and Cornerstone Homes of Marysville, Washington.
