Vancouver apartment complex changes hands

A 15-unit multifamily building constructed in Vancouver, Washington, last year has sold for $4.75 million.
F. Raymond and Grace E. Lester Family LP recently completed the purchase of The Couve Apartments, at 7308 N.E. 51st St.
The Couve is a single three-story, 15,485-square-foot building in the Walnut Grove neighborhood. The property is within walking distance of the Vancouver Mall, retail stores, restaurants, and access to public transit.
All units have two bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2.5 bathrooms. The unit mix consists of 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom flats, and 2 bedroom/2.5 bath flats. All units have 9-foot or 10-foot ceilings, electric fireplaces, large windows, quality finishes, air conditioning, and large kitchen areas.
David C. Chatfield and Cameron Mercer of Portland-based Norris & Stevens represented the both the seller, Genesis Rentals LLC, and the buyer in the transaction.
