Hillside Park Redevelopment is the first of two potential phases of construction to add more units per sf to the property surrounding Hillside Manor bordered on the south by Meek Street and on the east by 32nd Ave. The initial phase is comprised of the construction of (3) buildings and the creation of new roadways and infrastructure to facilitate the buildings and the new street layout. The remaining site to the north of Phase I will continue to be occupied by current residents and neighbors.
