Airport Traffic Control Tower 鈥� Bend Municipal Airport

Bid Date: Wednesday, March 27th at 4PM PST

The Project consists of the construction of an Airport Traffic Control Tower and all the required infrastructure to support the tower and its operation. It is an 8-story building, approximately 25鈥檟25鈥� square for the shaft which supports a Cab. The project includes equipment including a generator, HVAC equipment, Fire suppression infrastructure, paved parking area, security fencing, trash enclosure, and other site features necessary for drainage, power, sanitary sewer, water, and communication services.

This project is subject to Oregon prevailing wage laws (ORS 279C.800 et seq.) and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act and the higher of the two prevailing wages will be required to be paid. Please check the specifications for the appropriate BOLI information. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond.
