| LMC Construction is soliciting Fire Sprinkler and Electrical proposals for the new OJF PCC affordable housing project at the Western edge of the PCC SE Campus. Building to be a four-story residential development with Type VA construction. Project will feature 124 units, community room, classroom, laundry and lounge, and courtyard spaces on the SE PCC Campus.
