REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
OHSU Doernbecher Addition
700 SW Campus Dr. Portland, OR 97239
Proposals Due: 08.09.24 by 2pm

Project Description
The general description of the project for this Request for Proposals is as follows: The new Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Addition (DCHA) is directly west of the existing Doernbecher Children’s Hospital (DCH). The addition is anticipated to be around 180,000 SF with an entry lobby, partial MEP floor, four occupied floors above, and mechanical penthouse. The project also includes upgrades to the Central Utility Plant. The current program includes labor and delivery, triage, antepartum, postpartum, NICU, and operating rooms. A new lobby on the ground level, along with a bridge connection, will tie into the existing DCH. Concrete shear walls and steel make up the primary structure of the building. The façade will be a combination of curtainwall and lightweight architectural/metal panels. The interior finishes are similar in quality to the current facility finishes.

Documents will be made available through Building Connected.
