Primary Responsibilities: Interpret plans and specifications and review design documents
to identify risks and opportunities on a project.

| Complete take-offs | Analyze subcontractor proposals | Presentation of estimates to Owner and project team | Prepare bid packages and conceptual estimates | Interface with Owner, A/E’s and contractors to provide cost data regarding project feasibility | Assist in the planning of construction including preparing preliminary progress schedules.

Skills: Strong written and oral skills | Knowledge of budget and expense control | Able to write reports and business correspondence | Computer skills- Microsoft Office applications, MS project and experience with Hard Dollar preferred.

Experience:

Construction Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
