| LMC Construction is soliciting proposals for The Owens Adair II affordable housing project located in Astoria, Oregon. Project is to be a 38,935 Sq Ft, three-story V-B wood framed apartment structure, consisting of a combination of studios and one-bedroom apartments. Intention is to serve an elderly and disabled population, as well as those transitioning out of homelessness.
