| Eagle Mountain Construction Inc. (EMCI) has been selected by Oregon State University as the CG for the Mechanical Renewal of The Valley Library located on the Oregon State Campus in Corvallis Oregon. EMCI will be accepting bids for this public improvement project electronically to Zach Langhans ([email protected]) until August 29th, 2024 2:00 PM local time. The scope included in this bid package is exclusively related to the Building Controls.
Bids will be due August 29th, 2024 at 2:00pm local time at Eagle Mountain Construction Inc. EMCI will only accept an electronic bid sent via email to [email protected]. Emailed bids must be received before the time and date deadline or they will be counted as unresponsive. Bids will be received on a lump-sum basis for all work within the bidder鈥檚 scope. Bids will be reviewed by EMCI for thoroughness and validity. Bid packets, plans and specifications shall be available for viewing at https://emci.egnyte.com/fl/m2UnPd8IdR or by request from EMCI. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractor鈥檚 Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the 鈥淚nstruction to Bidders鈥� contained in the bid for provided. |
