LMC Construction is soliciting proposals for the new OJF PCC affordable housing project at the Western edge of the PCC SE Campus. Building to be a four-story residential development with Type VA construction. Project will feature 124 units, community room, classroom, laundry, lounge, and courtyard spaces on the SE PCC Campus.

Scopes Bidding: All Scopes EXCEPT Fire Sprinkler and Electrical

Project Requirements: Project IS subject to Prevailing Wages & Workforce Training.
