Gresham Civic Station includes the development of a new affordable housing building on a full city block in the core of Gresham, Oregon for Home Forward, the Portland housing authority. The ground floor will consist of Home Forward鈥檚 offices, resident amenity spaces, and an IRCO early education pre-school facility. Levels 2-6 will include large 2-to 4-bedroom family apartments. The project is located at NW CIVIC DR, GRESHAM, OR 97030 between NW 15th Street and NW 16th Street.

Selection: November 2024
Start of Construction: Summer 2025
Substantial Completion: Winter 2026

BOLI Commercial Prevailing wage rates, and participation and workforce training are a requirement for this project. The goal for this project is to achieve COBID participation utilization rate of 30%.
