Out for bid is phase I of a multi-phase project to construct a new career technical education building on the project site for Sheridan High School. Phase I consists of MEPFS Safe-Off, Building Demolition and Site Leveling. These are the only scopes of work bidding at this time. All other scopes will be bid at a later date. The project is located at 540 SE Jefferson Street, Sheridan, OR 97378.

Job Walk: October 3rd, 2024, at 3:00 PM
Start of Construction: November 2024
Substantial Completion: December 2024

BOLI Commercial Prevailing wage rates are a requirement for this project.
