The site will gain a new school building, a football field, a track, a grandstand, a baseball/​soccer field and a softball field. The new facilities will be designed for an average capacity of 1,700 students. The school building will be approximately 317,000 square feet. The team anticipates a type III conditional use with adjustments will be required. A type II historic review with modifications will be submitted following the conditional use review.

The applicant is proposing installation of a new, uncovered, 12,000-gallon, double-wall, above-ground fuel storage tank. It would connect to the fuel dispensing area.


Type 2 procedure (adjustment) – pending

Applicant: Peter Reedijk of Sea Reach Ltd
Owner: Bird Alliance of Oregon (formerly the Audubon Society of Portland, Oregon)

Plans call for adding a main identification sign to the property to identify the parking area for visitors. The project team seeks an adjustment to allow a single pole-based, freestanding identification sign at the entrance of the Oregon Bird Alliance Visitor Center, in lieu of a monument sign.
