David Douglas High School South Campus Renovation & WP2B/2C is a summer 2025 remodel consisting of a CTE Renovation, new secured entry, Re-roof, and fire alarm replacement of the South Building.

Renovation of the swim center including new pool grating, and bleachers. Re-roof of the existing Performing Arts Center (PAC). This is a re-bid for the rough carpentry (Soderstrom set only), painting, pool, and聽 bleacher scopes only for the project. All other scopes have been awarded. Pence plans to bid to self-perform the division 6 rough carpentry scope of work.
