Plans call for constructing a 12,336-square-foot development – two two-unit structures – on a 5,000-square-foot parcel of land. All four units would access Northeast Schuyler Street with a central maneuvering courtyard that accesses four internal-facing garages. The applicant requests a transfer of 2,336 square feet of additional floor area from an adjacent property, a modification to the standard setbacks, and an adjustment to the minimum density.
