Morgan Toth’s 20-year career at Mackenzie, a leading full-service architecture, engineering and design firm, has been defined by exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication and a profound impact on the firm’s growth and success. Joining as a newly minted interior designer in 2005, Toth quickly advanced through key leadership roles, culminating in her current position as associate principal and head of the interiors department. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence have elevated Mackenzie’s interior design services, while her ability to foster lasting client relationships has been instrumental to the firm’s ongoing success.

Toth has managed several million square feet of interior design projects in the Portland metro area, significantly contributing to the firm’s growth. Her leadership and attention to detail have expanded Mackenzie’s interior design department and its presence in the competitive market. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her adaptability stood out as she spearheaded the development of a specialized guide to help clients reconfigure office layouts to meet rapidly evolving workplace needs.
