Invitation to Bid
Pence Contractors is requesting bids for St Paul High School CTE Building & Kitchen Remodel in St Paul, OR. The scope of work includes a new PEMB CTE building as well as renovations to the existing kitchen and security upgrades at the high school and elementary school. Questions and bids shall be directed to [email protected].

Please note that earthwork/utilities, MEP and PEMB supply have already been awarded. All other scopes are out to bid. Refer to the documents for a complete list of included trades.

Bid documents can be examined via Pence Contractor鈥檚 website at and at the following plan centers: Plan Center NW, Salem Contractors Exchange, and SW Washington Contractors Exchange.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C.
