鈥淧erhaps something women face that other business owners do not is lack of trust in the ability to understand and execute the work,鈥� she says. 鈥淭he construction industry is especially male dominated, and it can be challenging to break into a field where there are very few woman mentors and colleagues that you can turn to for support.鈥�
Interlaken is eager to hire women and then support them.
鈥淲e help all of our employees, especially women, grow and develop by providing educational and networking opportunities in our industry,鈥� Miller says.
