Greensboro, N.C. 鈥斅�, the parent company of 91视频 Oregon,聽a sister publication of聽Furniture Today, last month acquired industry trade publication Furniture Lighting & D茅cor聽from Scranton Gillette Communications, a deal that unites two powerhouse home furnishings brands.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
