• A $900,000 new construction permit was issued for 2374 S.W. Vermont St. Plans call for construction of private site utilities for the 52-unit Gooseberry Trails townhome development. • A $793,930 new construction permit is under inspection for 2175 S.E. Stark St. Plans call for construction of a new fourplex and associated site work. • A $1,140,000 alteration permit is under review for 4805 N.E. Glisan St. A proposal calls for creating PET/CT scan space at Providence Portland Medical Center.
