Powellhurst-Gilbert property changes hands

A 28-unit multifamily complex in Southeast Portland has sold for $3.04 million.
The six-building Glenwood Apartments, constructed in 1970, occupies 1.02 acres at 13116 S.E. Powell Blvd. The transaction equates to $108,571 per unit.
The apartment complex consists primarily of two-bedroom, one-bathroom units of 750 to 800 square feet. A few units are 750-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. The apartments feature vinyl windows, dishwashers and patios or decks.
The buyer was Glenwood on Powell, a limited liability company. The entity lists Joseph Khouri of Clackamas as a member and registered agent.
The sellers, Edward Y. Wong and Bin Y. Wong, were represented by David C. Chatfield and Adrian Vidican of Norris & Stevens. The transaction was recorded Oct. 31, 2024.
The Wongs purchased the property in April 2014 for $1.635 million, according to Multnomah County records.
