Building permits issued for Jan. 20-26, 2025

  • A $3,375,000 alteration permit was issued for 8959 S.W. Barbur Blvd. This tenant improvement will suit a new tenant. The first floor will be reconfigured to create a food pantry storage and distribution area, a lobby, a lounge, classrooms, and meeting room. The second floor will gain a new restroom and a lobby. A new elevator will be installed. Site improvements include new benches and site furniture, an accessible pedestrian path, and short-term bicycle parking spaces. The work will involve ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.
