  • A type 2 procedure (historic resource review) is pending for 221 N.W. 21st Ave. Plans call for replacing 1,299 square feet of wood siding with fiber cement board siding at existing canopies. Chris Juram of Permit Advisors of San Ramon, California, is the applicant and David Harris of Charlotte, North Carolina, is the project owner.
  • A type 2 procedure (historic resource review) is pending for 800 S.E. 10th Ave. Plans call for replacing all steel sash windows and two non-historic doors on the west elevation as well as refurbishing select wood windows. The total area to be modified is 1,220 square feet. This is a historic landmark. Steven Ehlbeck of Steven Ehlbeck Architecture & Design is the applicant and Center for Native Arts and Cultures LLC is the project owner.
  • A type 2 procedure (environmental review) is pending for 5110 S.W. 45th Ave. Plans call for replacing a pedestrian bridge at Cedarbrook Apartments to continue to provide access to apartments across Fanno Creek. The bridge’s location would shift slightly to accommodate the locations of replacement footings. No changes to stormwater disposal methods are proposed. Tina Farrelly of Pacific Habitat Services of Wilsonville is the applicant and Cedarbrook 45th Ave Apartments LLC of Santa Rosa, California, is the project owner.
  • A type 3 procedure (conditional use) is pending for 3054 N.E. Hoyt St. Plans call for construction of a two-story museum and cultural center above a full basement (5,900 total square feet). Site improvements would include a courtyard along Northeast 31st Avenue, a utility side yard along the property’s south edge, an entry path at the site’s northwest corner, and landscape planting/screening. Long-term bicycle parking would be inside the building and short-term bicycle parking would be along the sidewalk facing 31st Avenue. Stormwater would be handled via 231 square feet of pervious pavers and 2,490 square feet of concrete drywell. Nicholas Papaefthimiou of Design Research Office is the applicant and Cleo Rumpakis and E. John Rumpakis are the project owners.
  • A type 1 procedure (design review) is pending for 919 S.W. 14th Ave. Plans call for replacing damaged windows (both wood and vinyl) with vinyl windows of comparable sizes. Christopher Nestlerode of Property Damage Solutions of Beaverton is the applicant and Constantine Kiriakedis of Lake Oswego is the project owner.
