A Lake Oswego-based group has purchased a 6,000-square-foot retail building on Boones Ferry Road for $2.05 million.
The property, formerly home to Lake Grove Veterinary Clinic, was snapped up by LMTS Unlimited, a limited liability company with links to FS Unlimited, a general contractor that focuses on renovating retail properties.
The sale equates to $342 per square foot.
The building sits on 24,542 square feet of land near the west side of Oswego Lake at 17131 Boones Ferry Road, less than 1 mile east of Interstate 5. Constructed in 1967, the building has a kitchen, exam rooms and a reception area. The property has 19 parking spaces.
Each day more than 12,900 vehicles travel past the property, in an industrial park zone, according to a news release.
The seller was Hoffland LLC, which lists Catherine Hoffman of Hillsboro as manager.
The buyer, LMTS Unlimited, lists as members Joe McComish of Lake Oswego, Beau Sipiora of Los Angeles, Zach Sipiora of Portland, Kevan Thomas of Lake Oswego and Mark Sipiora of Lake Oswego.
Michael Simmons of Portland’s Norris & Stevens represented the seller, and Joe Kappler of Macadam Forbes represented the buyer.
