Building permits issued for June 23-29, 2025

• A $1,035,668 new construction permit was issued for 4821 N. Channel Ave. The work will involve steel joists. Vladislav Stoyanov is the applicant, Daimler Trucks North America is the project owner, and Kirby Nagelhout Construction of Bend is the contractor.
• A $2,800,000 new construction permit was issued for 1680 N.E. Alberta St. Plans call for construction of a single-story day care building with two classrooms and a play area. • A $9,400,000 new construction permit is under review for 10230 S.E. Cherry Blossom Drive. Plans call for construction of a 46-bed transitional housing facility with manager studios, amenity spaces, and staff offices. There would be associated site work. • A $1,259,122 alteration permit is under review for 2650 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. A tenant improvement to suit a new tenant would include making interior modifications and installing equipment. • A $5,115,997 alteration permit was issued for 2910 N. Kerby Ave. A renovation is planned for Legacy Emanuel Medical Center’s burn center on the third floor. The work will involve a louver, terminal units, fan coil units, water heaters, exhaust fans, air filters, humidifiers, hydronic radiant panels, ductwork, diffusers, grilles, piping and electrical.
