Early assistance is being sought for a project at 4920 N.E. 42nd Ave. Plans call for constructing a new building for day care use on the same site as the existing building. Lorraine Guthrie of Lorraine Guthrie Architect is the applicant and Pequenitos Child Care is the project owner.
Approval is being sought for a preliminary development plan at 4508 N.E. Wygant St. The developer seeks to divide a site with an approved fourplex into four lots. Alex Koval of Koval Holdings LLC of Oregon City is the applicant and Koval Holdings LLC is the project owner.

A type 2 procedure (historic resource review) is pending for a project at 1925 N.E. 19th Ave. Plans call for replacing original aluminum-framed windows and sliding glass doors in a 17-unit apartment building constructed in 1964. Also, a new exterior trash enclosure would be constructed and metal screens would be installed for mechanical equipment. John Brehm of Forming Architecture LLC and Sean Moreland of Star Metro Properties are the applicants, and Park Irving LLC is the project owner.
