A 94-unit apartment complex in West Linn has sold for $33.6 million.

The seller of the 140,946-square-foot asset was Reliant Group, based in San Francisco. The buyer鈥檚 identity was not immediately available from Clackamas County records.

Summerlinn Apartments, at 400 Springtree Lane in West Linn, sits on 6.1 acres in Clackamas County. The property includes a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.

CBRE鈥檚 Josh McDonald, Joe Nydahl and Matt Dodd represented Reliant Group in the transaction.

The property previously sold for $19.2 million in June 2015.

Community amenities include a gated entrance, landscaped grounds, a sports court, a play area, and a remodeled clubhouse with a pool, a hot tub and outdoor entertainment space.
