Plans call for adding an exterior pergola on the third-floor roof terrace. The proposed 11-foot-tall pergola would be 12 feet by 32 feet. There would be steel, 8-inch-by-8-inch posts, a bronze color frame with automatic louvers, weather sensors, integrated gutters, LED downlights, an overhead heater, and exterior outlets.

The project calls for the construction of a new Portland firefighters memorial adjacent to the historic David Campbell Memorial. Exterior plaza improvements would include seating, ADA access and stormwater management. The work would also involve minor restoration and repair of the existing memorial as the budget allows. Stormwater runoff would collect into a pipe and connect to a catch basin at Southwest 18th Avenue.

The proposal is for a renovation (interior and exterior) of 333 Oak Apartments. The work would include replacing windows on the second through 10th floors, waterproofing, painting, replacing most mechanical systems, replacing water supply lines to the residential units and partially replacing the waste lines, reconfiguring a portion of the ground-floor facade in order to accommodate a new electrical room with all new gear and meters, and remodeling the eastern portion of the ground floor to create a new community room and office spaces. The window replacements and ground-floor facade reconfiguration are subject to design review.
