Gresham shopping center fetches $31.76 million

A 264,634-square-foot retail center in Gresham has sold for $31.76 million.
Northmarq鈥檚 Pacific Northwest Commercial Investment Sales team, in collaboration with its Denver Debt + Equity team, arranged the sale and acquisition financing of Gresham Town Fair, at 300-600 N.W. Eastman Parkway.
Northmarq arranged the purchase on behalf of the seller, PK I Gresham Town Fair LLC. The buyer was Gresham Town Fair Venture LLC, a press release states.
Northmarq arranged the $26.8 million bridge loan financing on behalf of the borrower, Rhino Investment Group, through a correspondent relationship with RAA Capital.
Built in 1987, Gresham Town Fair is a multi-tenant shopping center on 26 acres near Northwest Division Street and Northwest Eastman Parkway. A mix of national and regional retailers operate in the center, which is 74 percent leased, according to the press release.
