Portland industrial property fetches $22.3 million

A two-building, shallow-bay industrial park in Portland has sold for $22.3 million.
CBRE arranged the sale of Riverside Industrial Park by Ostling Group. The buyer was not disclosed; the transaction is not yet listed in Multnomah County property records.
Located at 13422-13444 and 13609-13625 N.E. Jarrett St. in Portland, the two buildings total 129,142 square feet. The property has clear heights ranging from 20 to 24 feet, 28 dock-high doors, and 16 grade-level doors, a CBRE press release states.
The buildings are 92 percent occupied by eight tenants in logistics, construction supply, retail and manufacturing/fabrication industries.
Riverside Industrial Park is about three miles from Interstate 205 and Interstate 84 as well as Portland International Airport.
