Cameron Cruse
Senior associate and interior designer, Scott Edwards Architecture

Cameron Cruse brings 14 years of industry experience to her role in creating integrated design solutions across multiple sectors.

Before entering interior design, Cruse worked as a fashion designer in New York City, where she developed the attention to detail and pursuit of relevance that characterizes her current work. Her design portfolio spans commercial, healthcare, multi-family, community, hospitality and single-family projects.

Cruse was named associate at Scott Edwards Architecture in 2022 and was promoted to senior associate in 2024, earning a position on the firm’s leadership team where she contributes to overall vision and strategic direction. As a member of the project management committee, she leads initiatives to streamline processes and improve integration between architecture and interior design disciplines.

Her project portfolio includes more than 30 design awards, including International Interior Design Association Oregon Design Excellence Awards for her One Community Health Hood River project, which received Best in Category – Healthcare recognition, and her Red Hills Residence, honored as Best in Category – Private Residence. Additional projects like Viewfinder and Centennial Place earned top honors from 91ÊÓÆµ Oregon Top Projects in their respective categories.

Cruse serves as director of internal communication on the Oregon chapter board of the International Interior Design Association, where she promotes professional growth opportunities and advocates for legislative recognition of commercial interior design. She frequently participates in community service through National Rebuild Day and hospital volunteer initiatives.
