An additional $1,000,000 alteration permit is under review for the project. Rooftop work would involve installing an air handling unit, heat recovery ventilators, and VRF condensing units. Interior work would involve installation of VRF branch controllers, VRF fan coils, ductwork, diffusers, grilles, piping and electrical.
