Early assistance – application
Address: on Southeast 101st Avenue (within the 97266 zip code)
Applicant: Kelly Wood of the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services
Owner: city of Portland

The Bureau of Environmental Services’ 101st Avenue Pump Station has been active since its construction in 1992. The pump station serves only the surrounding community. Site improvements were permitted on Dec.14, 1990 as a conditional use. The pump station requires upgrades such as pump replacement and possible new wet well construction. Improvements would meet current standards and permitting requirements including buildings, electrical and mechanical equipment, a retaining wall, and stormwater management system. BES proposes implementing site and infrastructure improvements that incorporate reuse of the existing building.
