Led by President Fernando Becerra, the company has grown from $47,000 in revenue in its first fiscal year to $900,000 in its most recent year, reflecting strong demand and consistent performance. The firm employs 10 workers and is 100 percent minority-owned.

Becerra has guided the company鈥檚 early development, focusing on building credibility and delivering quality work while navigating the challenges often faced by minority-owned businesses, including access to financing and the need to repeatedly earn trust with larger commercial clients. Despite those obstacles, the company has emphasized workforce development by creating jobs, training new workers and helping employees build practical skills that support long-term growth for families and the broader community.

Hermanos Rebar also prioritizes collaboration with other minority-owned businesses through subcontracting, referrals and shared resources. A recent milestone includes securing its largest project to date; it鈥檚 scheduled to begin in April.
