The Portland Design Commission on Thursday voted 5-0 to approve plans for a mixed-use tower at 140 S.W. Columbia St.
Design advice given for project bordering historic district
Preliminary plans for a $40 million, 13-story mixed-use building at 550 S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard were examined by the Portland Design Commission on Thursday.
Developers team up in Central Eastside
The partnership between Portland developers Beam Development and Urban Development + Partners started with Slate, a mixed-use project in the Central Eastside Industrial District with 75 luxury apartments and 45,000 square feet of commercial space.
