Commissioners approved the city staff report on the Broadway Tower with conditions that included included trying to salvage materials from demolition of a three-story building on the site, increasing glazing and using a finish plaster coating for the ground-floor sidewall.

The Radisson RED will occupy the first eight floors of the Broadway Tower, a 19-story, mixed-used building planned for 1455 S.W. Broadway St.
