Kaiser Permanente finds new use for Gateway big-box store
A project to renovate a former Circuit City building in Portland's Gateway area into a medical office for Kaiser Permanente is expected to cost between $10 million and $12 million.

The Broadway Recovery Center is set to open in November as a three-story mental health clinic. It was designed and constructed to hold and additional eight stories in the future so that maximum density could be achieved at the downtown site.
Downtown mental health clinic to be 3 floors, maybe 11 later
The Broadway Recovery Center in Northwest Portland was engineered with future expansion in mind. The three-story building, which is slated to open to residents in November, is designed to accommodate an additional eight floors.

Wilsonville veterinary clinic doubles space in upgrade
A two-phase tenant improvement project will eventually double the space for a Wilsonville veterinary clinic. The Animal Care Clinic at 29020 Town Center Loop E. will have more than 3,800 square feet of space for a reception area, clinic rooms, a surgery room and offices.
North Portland dentist office renovated
Renovation work is under way at a dentist's office in North Portland. The brick building constructed in the 1950s at the corner of North Lombard Street and John Avenue will receive a new roof, storefront and windows.
Providence clinic opening in West Linn
The new 3,500-square-foot clinic for Providence Medical Group in West Linn features exam rooms, doctors' offices, a procedure room, a waiting room and a call center.
Health care act funds Oregon clinics
Oregon received more than $31 million in grants this year to renovate and build community health clinics around the state.
Tigard mental health clinic upgraded
Additions and upgrades are being constructed at a mental health clinic campus in Tigard. Work is under way at three existing buildings at 11895 S.W. Greenburg Road. They house administrative offices and clinics for Luke-Dorf Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides mental health care to clients in parts of Multnomah and Washington counties. Eco-roofs and skylights are being installed.
Affordable clinic going up in downtown
A three-story, 44,000-square-foot building will be constructed on the lot at the corner of Southeast Broadway and West Burnside Street to house the Broadway Recovery Center, an affordable health clinic.
