A three-story, 44,000-square-foot building will be constructed on the lot at the corner of Southeast Broadway and West Burnside Street to house the Broadway Recovery Center, an affordable health clinic. The project team includes general contractor Walsh Construction, SERA Architects, Gerding Edlen Development and Central City Concern. Work is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.
