A local nonprofit is seeking relocation of the USS Ranger aircraft carrier from Bremerton, Wash., to a moorage facility in Fairview. The ship will be torn apart for salvage in 2012 if it does not find a new home, but the group wants to turn it into the world’s largest floating museum.
