Kulongoski signs BETC reform
Governor Ted Kulongoski today signed House Bill 3680, which reduces the amount of Business Energy Tax Credits available for large-scale wind projects and sets sunset dates for credits related to manufacturing and renewable energy projects.

Portland's various transit agencies have been installing more technologies that can reduce congestion as well as greenhouse gas emissions by keeping traffic moving.
Group says electric vehicles will create jobs
A report submitted to Governor Kulongoski by the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Infrastructure Working Group says that electric vehicles represent Oregon's largest opportunity for job creation.
