In Line Commercial Construction recently wrapped up a seismic renovation at Oregon Health and Science University's west campus administration building.
Providence medical facility under construction
When completed in January 2011, the Providence Camas Medical Plaza on 192nd Avenue in southeast Vancouver, Wash., will feature a rehabilitation clinic, a family medicine clinic, an imaging area, laboratory space, exam rooms and offices.
Hollywood District Key Bank
A former Chinese restaurant at the corner of Northeast Broadway and Cesar Estrada Chavez Boulevard is undergoing an extensive renovation to become a 4,300-square-foot Key Bank branch.
Pagoda now a Key Bank
The former Pagoda Restaurant in Portland's Hollywood neighborhood is being turned into a Key Bank. When completed in mid-summer, the 4,300-square-foot bank will have exterior finishes that complement the neighborhood: stucco, glass and stone as well as a ceramic roof.
Providence clinic
A new Oncology and Hematology Care Clinic at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland has opened. The 18,000-square-foot space has several new rooms and offices.
Child care center opens soon
After three years' effort, My Little Waiting Room is set to open at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center on Southwest Barnes Road next month. The day care allows parents to drop off their children while they undergo treatment.
Key Bank
One of several Key Bank construction projects, the East Morrison branch in Southeast Portland is replacing its front glass. The job also includes some interior work. The renovation, done mostly at night, is expected to be finished by spring.
Seismic salon
An extensive renovation to an industrial building at 1705 N.W. 14th Ave. in Portland’s Pearl District is nearly finished. Magnum Opus Salon is set to move into the space after the interior was completely remodeled, and seismic, mechanical and electrical upgrades were performed.
